We started business in 2006 to fill the need of parents looking for the elusive clear or mesh book bags; yes I was one of those frustrated parents. The products I purchased from the big box retailers just wouldn't last, and half way through the school year the search would begin again. We only sell quality products and we do so at very reasonable prices. Your order will usually ship the next business day, using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery. Shipping - We usually ship the day after you order (except weekends), and we prefer to use USPS Priority Mail with an average 2-3 business day delivery. This also provides tracking for your package. However, in order to keep shipping low, we might choose to ship another method depending upon your location and the number of items you order. Please double check your shipping address as we cannot re-ship a return to sender item unless you pay additional postage.
Returns - We will accept backpack returns within 7 days of your delivery, if the item is unused and undamaged. Please email us before you return any item for instructions. Unfortunately we will not refund any shipping charges, and you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. This is just one of the ways we are able to keep our prices low. We are unable to accept any returns of clarinet reeds.
Out of Stock Items - If you order an item that happens to be out of stock we will email you with the expected shipping date. However, if you prefer, we will gladly cancel your order just reply to the email with your wishes.
